She's the epitome of 'I want to demonize other people's healthy behavior as 'toxic' because healthy people remind me of my slobbery and laziness and makes me feel bad'.
I was diagnosed with obesity four years ago. I didn't question my Doctor. But he explained that my blood sugar was elevated. I went home and my Spouse and I spoke briefly. And the next meal, consisted of proper home cooking. I stayed with that. But once a week we had takeout. The weight loss began a few days later. Only half a pound here then a pound there. I went from 223, to 215's, and the trend continued. I went to the 160's. since that time I have increased my training, cycling, walking and stretching. We went to a party about a month ago. And we danced for about two hours. It has been a whole new life. I can buy fashion. And we have so much fun together. Shopping for clothes and going out. It's a second chance for me in life. I'm not giving advice to anyone. I'm just sharing my story. ❤
I'm so sick of people using body diversity in such a disingenuous way. Some people have broader shoulders some people have bigger butts some people have bigger feet some people are shorter or taller but for some reason we use body diversity to obfuscate obesity.
I'd never heard of this person until I saw this video. I'm a pretty overweight dude, around 250 lbs at 5'11", but after seeing this video, I decided to start getting fit simply out of spite. What a world it is we live in.
