Dolly Parton's Most UNFILTERED Late-Night Moments prove why she always had the perfect comeback on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.
From tricky personal questions to live-TV teasing, watch the Queen of Country turn every awkward setup into comedy gold.
In this classic compilation, Dolly disarms Johnny Carson when compliments about health, sparkling outfits and famous hair turn into instant one-liners. She answers family stories and mother's warnings so plainly the laugh lands a beat later, and leaves Johnny searching for a conventional explanation for her lasting marriage to husband Carl. She meets Carl in ordinary details, not Hollywood glamour, and turns the chair into a playground from her very first appearance.
The fun continues with Barbara Walters on delicate subjects like body changes, temptation on the road and judgment about her roots, plus Conan O'Brien teasing about weight, plus unforgettable bits about the New York hotel incident, books and secrets, and the gift punchline Johnny never saw coming.
