Cocomelon. The last bastion of slop before AI took over. Somehow, it's a praise. Don't expect to see a lot of other praises regarding this movie, because slop seems to be the quintessential feature. Bland, unoriginal, gunning for the most profitable (and exploitative) form of kids media in recent years. And made by DreamWorks. Love that. As if Shrek 5 wasn't already the bottom of the barrel. Now we have this. Oh God... Cocomelon The Movie Is Happening...

They fried kids' attention spans so bad, they won't even be able to sit through the movie targeted to them.

Cocomelon is definitely one of the worst kids shows of all-time. It is infamous for being hyper-stimulating and intensely addictive to babies and toddlers. It utilizes utilizes rapid scene cuts every 1 to 2 seconds, high-contrast, saturated colors, and fast-paced melodic nursery rhymes that can turn children into zombies and when parents turned it off, they threw tantrums.

Remember: If there's a Cocomelon Movie, then a Skibidi Toilet Movie and Tung Tung Tung Sahur Movie aren't far behind. We live in HELL.

anyone who actually goes to the theater won't even be able to hear the movie because all the 6 month-olds will be crying

The irony is kids who watch this slop won’t have the attention span to enjoy it. (Allegedly)

I’m just glad we’re getting Forgotten Island before this movie.

If they at least put on “Are we there yet” song where the car jumps off a cliff, then I’ll be happy

Who tf really said,”Yo bro! Let’s make a cocomelon movie!”.

@tehepicdumpling 1 month ago

I REALLY hope this doesn’t become one of those ironic TikTok memes where people act like it’s the best movie ever as a “joke”. We need genuine and non-sensationalist content now more than ever, especially when there’s gullible kids involved who don’t fully understand advertising.

I don’t think they should make a Cocomelon movie that’s just kind of weird

Its so depressing that we live in an age where "at least it's not AI" is a compliment

The fact the people making this think the target audience for cocomelon have the mental capacity to watch a movie is actually crazy-

@geeker6350 1 month ago

This movie was made by the same studio that created 'The Prince of Egypt'. Let that sink in.

People seem to forget that the parents are the ones with the money. You can make a movie for kids, but at least try to make it tolerable for the adults who are trapped there with their children for 1-2 hours.
