The tower that houses Big Ben hasn’t been called that since 2012 it’s called Elizabeth tower and Big Ben is the bell not the clock.

It's called The Elizabeth Tower

The tower which houses Big Ben is Elizabeth Tower, so named during the Queen's diamond jubilee, in 2012. Before 2012 it was simply known as The Clock Tower

Windsor Castle is not named after the Royal family it's in fact the other way round. They adopted it during WW1 instead of their German surname Saxe-Coburg Gothe.

They got the tower (Big Ben) question wrong, it was not called St. Stephen tower, before it was called Elizabeth tower it was called the clock tower.

Another fun fact is that Loch Ness contains more water than all the lakes of England and Wales combined.

The law enforcer in old English was called a Reeve. So this chap ruling over a county or region was a Shire Reeve now shortened to Sheriff.

12:07 I heard someone on YouTube say recently that if you think you've come across a crow or a raven and you think to yourself "is that a crow or a raven?" then it's a crow.

If you come across the other one and think to yourself "fucking hell, look at the size of that" it's a raven 😂.

It is NOT St. Stephen's Tower. It was the Clock Tower until 2012 when it was renamed the Elizabeth Tower. St Stephne's Tower is another smaller tower.
