Mayor Hagar should at least be name dropped in the Street Fighter movie

Would like to see a modern version like the awesome Streets of Rage 4.

The masterpiece of the genre.
The people yearn for a new Final Fight beat 'em up.

One of my best Christmas memories was my grandfather getting me an SNES with Final Fight. He tried playing it, but couldn't figure out the controls. I still have the system and game and bust it out every few months and play the hell out of it. Still holds up. Few if any glitches. Fantastic game overall.

Dumb story, but with the release of Double Impact and Haggar in MvC3, I really got into the series around 2011. My Japanese class at the time was holding an art contest with the top winners being able to draw murals on classroom ceiling.

I ended up as one of the winners by drawing the meme of Haggar piledriving a shark. So to this day, there is a giant Mike Haggar mural painted on the ceiling of my old classroom.

When asked for comment, Mayor Haggar responded, "BRAAP."

Great video. They really need to do a full collection for this series, and include Saturday Night Slam masters for good measure.

The reference to Roberto from Futurama @ 9:18...priceless...

Final Fight 2 also advertised in Japan with a hit song by Nakamura Ayumi, 'Midnite Hallelujah' and featured actors for all 3 characters.  The song is such a banger!

Always appreciate a video going over lore for these types of games

43:22  It's a Cammy-o!

Need to make final fight 4 ❤

Them being absent in sf6 is just diabolical

I grew up with final fight three on the snes. I’m not afraid to admit I enjoyed street wise. Awesome video 👍

50:10 Alien vs Predator, my love... I'll never forget you!

Once again, Matt making our lives that little bit better with his bomb-ass retrospectives

It's crazy that the same day this retrospective was released, Carlos Miyamoto was officially announced as upcoming playable character, not in Street Fighter 6, but in City of the Wolves! 😱 😱 😱

We need to Things:
- Final Fight Collection (that includes every game even the PS2 one)
- Final Fight 4 by the same team who made Streets of Rage 4 and Shinobi: Art of Vengeance.
One can dream

40:30 Not only did it have those issues but it also corrupted your save file and memory card. Trust me, I felt that pain.

This hits at the right time since I realized the other day the I never beat Final Fight 2 and decided to finally cross it off my backlog.
