It’s funny how Jimmy Pesto stormed the capital

I've always thought that part of the reason Jimmy is a jerk to Bob is because he's jealous of his family; while the Belchers have conflicts sometimes, at the end of the day, they are a tight knit family; Bob and Linda are happily married while Jimmy is implied to be divorced or separated, Bob accepts his children's quirks and has a a good relationship with them while Jimmy struggles to understand his children and doesn't have the relationship he wants with Jimmy Jr. His only way of feeling better is to rub his successes in Bob's face.

Jimmy Pesto really said “I want children, but only if they fit my aesthetic” 😭 Meanwhile Bob is struggling financially but somehow manages to actually see his kids for who they are.

I love bob burgers characters like they’re so theatrical yet I feel like I could meet someone like a character irl

The fact that the original VA took part of the insurrection is the most jimmy pesto thing he could of done, good riddance

“He has different expectations for his sons.” He has lower expectations for Andy and Ollie. You can go ahead and say lower expectations. The fact that Jimmy Pesto is so OVERT about it is yet another reason why Jimmy Pesto is a terrible father.

Jimmy is the perfect antagonist to our golden boy Bob. They’re like the yin and yang of fatherhood ☯️👨😭

Wonderful video as always beautiful! 👏🏾🫶🏾

I just realized. The best way to describe Jimmy’s relationship with his son Jimmy Jr, is to compare the relationship between Gene and Bob. Jimmy Jr. and Gene both have a passion for performing arts. Whereas Jimmy Jr. is bad at his, Gene is great at his. I feel like it’s mostly because of the different dynamic on how Bob and Jimmy treat their son’s passion. I’m starting to wonder does Jimmy Jr even like performing arts or is he doing it out of spite so that he can be less pressured to be like Jimmy. It’s even sadder when you realise that Jimmy Pesto and Jimmy Jr is the same as Bob’s childhood with his dad but just more toned down and their interest actually intersects

Looking at how Jimmy ACTS in sheer public, and with his own employees, it’s no wonder Jimmy Jr. is TERRIBLE to Tina during Season 1-2. Jimmy embodies his father’s desire to be loved by default, even if he doesn’t like that person. Jimmy Jr. also mimics his father’s “I’m too cool for this” attitude while still demanding to be included anyway.

19:11 I think he has such a tough spot for the twins is because they have built in support. Jimmy Jr feels that need for connection, the twins have that built in. He can’t make them small enough to be what he wants because the other will immediately lift them back up. I think it’s a huge reason Jimmy Jr is so attached to Zeke to the point he will ice out the girl he actually has a crush on. Jimmy Jr wants a twin because he sees what they do for eachother, how it makes what their dad does to them be almost meaningless. It’s bittersweet

3:42 jimmys looks like a chain place where bobs looks like a hole in the wall his resistance to having any sort of theme or decor really hurts bob

I will truly always hate jimmy pesto

@sakurashy8492 1 month ago (edited)

I didn't think the Pesto siblings would have different moms. That would add to the divide between the twins and Jimmy Jr.

1 minute ago is wild lol. Also it says a lot about their world that Jimmy is one of the worst characters in it because he's a saint compared to most other adult cartoon dads lol. For me the worst three hands down are Clay Puppington, Mr. Ruckus and Rick Prime 😭😭

I have never wanted to try Jimmy Pesto's Pizza. On the contrary I would LOVE to try a burger from Bob's Burgers.

Jimmy Pesto is just awful and is so jealous of Bob.

@VICTORIALYELOCK 1 month ago

I genuinely have met so many guys just like him and it's brutal 😂

@kevinbre7563 1 month ago

I've always been curious why Jimmy Jr isn't more jealous of Gene.

I mean he is about the bond between Gene and Zeke. But, Gene being allowed to follow his muse no matter how weird things get should drive Jimmy Jr crazy. And it doesn't.

1. Jimmy Jr might be a chill guy who really does want everyone to "enjoy their day"

2. He's mature enough to see it's Dad's issue not Gene's.

3. He knows Tina would dump him imminently if things got heated with Gene. I mean Jimmy Jr is noncommittal but he still wants Tina around.

Jimmy Pesto is definitely not a good father at all, when was the last time he ever cared about his three boys at all? Huh? No wonder Andy and Ollie hardly function well, even though that's their charm.😑😅
