Smearing the victims character😮It's so disgusting.

I get the impression that the defence barrister suspects his client is guilty and that trying to tear Caroline's character apart in cross-examining her mum is horrible, but he's bound by his job role to do so anyway.
I'm glad her family finally has some justice.

Anyone who makes a class a drug or any type of drug available to a child should have to answer to that in a court of law.

When showing the film of Caroline's body, floating at the riverbank, the atmosphere in the court came right out of the screen.
Every face the camera settled on looked... helpless. From the Judge to the accused... and the audience, I am sure, viewing!

I'm a native English speaker but I had to turn on the captioning. I had a hard time understanding the witnesses speaking about the crime.

On the case, it sounds like Caroline was starting to be a rebellious teen and it turned bad quickly. I'm so sorry this happened to such a young girl with her whole life ahead of her. Her death must of been frightening and traumatic.
