Belgium were extremely fortunate to make it to the final.  And by that I mean godawful refereeing with disallowed goals by Woodcock and Satrústegui that appeared perfectly legal.  I loved that Belgium side of the 80s, though.  But having Italy or England in the final against West Germany would have been great.
