Arteta will become the first manager to last over a decade in his first job, at the premier league level.

A question for the morning. Do you think seeing Arsene's status, respect and love has an influence on Mikel's ethos as a manager? I can personally see him here for a long time yet, maybe he wants a statue too 😂

these Viktor Gyokeres fanboys/Kai Havertz haters are becoming unbearable....I love Charles channel but having to hear him respond to them or read their comments is starting to be a huge turn off.

The way it is right now, I hope he breaks Arsene’s record 😂
More importantly I really hope he will be the first manager to break our champions league curse.

The British government will try and influence the outcome for city because of economical factors..don't be surprised if they get off lightly in light of all the damage they done..what a terrible legacy they leave behind them

Charles you are a clutch reporter & I am in my early 50s 😂

Truly a night to celebrate, got the beers out 🍻🍻🍻😂

As usual Charlie spreading his pessimistic views he said the same thing about saliba not signing a new contract he said Arteta may not sign the contract he’s currently on too lol

Clutch isn’t a young person word btw, they’ve been using it in American sports for decades

Great news, have to be honest the longer it was going on i began to grow slightly concerned about why was it not signed.

Arteta has planned his future rebuild with the trust in Salmon, Dowman, Julienne, Ibrahim coming through, attempts for youth recruitment eg Monga and Quintero twins etc. Can't help but wonder if that may help answer if mikel is down to manage the next rebuild

that's a serious salary he's on

Hey charles, was wondering the young academy player that was called up for his international team i think O’neil. Do you think he should be in consideration for the left wing with Tzolis injured and Eze not being at his very best. Not sure if he an out and out

There is no major rebuild needed in four years.

None of the defenders are above 28 years. Only Gabriel and Konsa are above 25. We already have succession plan in Mos and Salmon who will be blooded in slowly to replace Konsa.

In MF, only Merino is 30 years. Key players, Rice and Ode will be 31 in four years and still will have 2-3 years left. There is already a succession plan for both in Dowman and MLS.

In attack, only Gyok needs replacing as he is 28. Kai is 27 and others are less than 25.

Uber point is there is no major revamp needed as the age of the squad in 4 years is still young. And except for Gyok, there is already a readily available succession plan for rest of the relatively ageing players.

Yes, Arsenal was a mess. That is because we left Wenger in charge for far too long and allowed him to make every decision. We MUST not let the same happen with Arteta.
There's signs though that the same cult that supported Wenger when he was in decline is now forming around Arteta and the club must be ruthless enough to take difficult decisions if Arteta fails to continue the progress we have made so far.
This is not taking away from Wenger's or Arteta's achievement but we can't allow the same decline that happened when Josh and Stan had a hands off approach because they revered Wenger.

That would be my can't lie question did he really drop Ozil for tactical reasons. I think his hands were directed for financial/political reasons.

Mikel done, seemingly Rice next. My updates on Odegaard, Havertz, Merino, Timber and White? Don’t their contracts expire in 2028 too?

29:46 we have moved way beyond the talent level of Nico Williams. He would not be helping our ceiling.

City crumble while AFC builds .....
Happy days 😊

don't use words like clutch because people in 50's have no idea!!!!
