When I contacted customer support at Skylar to unsubscribe they asked me the reason and I said I hated the rollerball format.. Looks like they do listen to us after all 😂

Jo malone London employee here: velvety butternut has tonka as a secondary note, hence the vanilla quality! Also the carrot blossom has patchouli and fennel seeds in, so that’s why it’s more green that sweet/carroty!

I will never buy a dabber or travel perfume without a spray. Mind boggling that these companies continue to make them without. Anything to save a cent!

I blind bought the Joe Malone beetroot and at first was like OMG it smells like a dirt garden…..then it dried down and mixed with my skin and I am OBSESSED with it! I get so many compliments on it. The change in the smell is insane!

I love vanilla rice, but I wish it was just slightly less floral. To me it’s a floral fragrance with a teensy hint of rice and vanilla. It is definitely cozier than the average floral though!

i was surprised how much i like lil softie. i went to sephora to smell it and bought a travel size without hesitation. my issue with lore is that i think their full size is expensive for 50 ml. same thing as dedcool where the travel size is well-priced and then the 50 ml is expensive

Yay for sprayers on a travel size!

I hope Skylar decides to keep sundae scoop as a permanent one. It’s SO good!

16:17 I feel like LORE is SO Underhyped!! Twisted and a Little Sweet is my go-to favorite ever. Sexy sophisticated sweet cozy but not every other perfume and not lactonic in a way that normally turns sour on me. I have a decent collection and I love my LORE pieces so much. If you havent yet, try Subliminal by them. It took me a second but now its my go to perfume on my days I skip washing my hair, it just gives me that clean, but not soapy, and put together aura

I blind bought the travel size of EB Vanilla Rice and I love, love, LOVE it!! I need a full bottle now!

I really, really like the new Cloud. I love the original too, and this new one sort of feels like a combo of the original with something like a Phlur After Glow, which is another favorite. It’s like a cotton candy skin scent on me without being too juvenile and overly sweet. Waiting for a sale to pick up the largest size, because the cost per ounce difference makes the travel size just not worth it considering how many sprays I tend to need with her perfumes. The opening is a fluffy gourmand on me with a very close-wearing skin scent dry down. I was expecting you to love it too, so maybe this one is just very chemistry dependent! Definitely worth a sniff in store for anyone considering it.

The colors on your sweater really suit you, you look gorgeous!

I completely agree with the Huda Beauty take! It reminds me of old lady perfume but at the same time I sorta liked it once it dried down..? I kept going back and forth on it. But it for sure puts a ‘cloud’ around you because I swear I was smelling that perfume the rest of the day and I only did 1 spritz at Sephora.

I would love a video on what you do with your fragrances that don't work for you. I do a bit of round robin trades with some other fragrance friends of mine but I know some people resell theirs. But I'm interested to know your process since you get PR and perhaps more bottles than a casual fan.

PS I am loving the tapestry in the background!!!
