When I came out as pansexual to my mum she fully accepted me and said “idc who you like, date or marry as long as the person treats you correctly and with respect I am totally fine”. God I love my mum ❤❤❤
3:53 my brother once told me asexuality meant the absence of emotion and the aromantacism doesn’t exist. He was 20 when he told me that and my mother, who thought it was called the ldbq community, was even able to tell him how wrong he was.
I’m also having an identity crisis of weather I’m a lesbian or a Demi-romantic pansexual with a preference towards women 😭
0:34 I'm a girl. But one time during dismissal at my middle school these two boys came up to me and their like "excuse me, are you a they/them?" I was like "no?" And then they asked if i was transgender. Anyways they were nice about it😅
Last year, I identified as bisexual and this one kid in my class said “what’s the point of being bisexual? Do you just want to be apart of the community?” I couldn’t tell if he was being ignorant or honestly confused
3:08 i gotta correct some stuff about this one. Being ace does not mean having low libido. It doesn’t really have anything to do with the desire to have sex, it’s about lacking (most) sexual attraction to people. Similarly, being gray ace does not mean you have sex and dont like it or experience it differently as once again, libido ≠ sexual attraction. You can have sex or even be hypersexual and still be ace. It all comes down to attraction. There are of course ace people with a low libido or who dont want to have sex, but this is not true for everyone.
I came out to my mom as bisexual, and she said it’s just a phase. I felt very sad. I as well told my 5th grade teacher, and she thought that it’s really cool that I’m bi, she felt like a mom to me in that moment.
I came out to my mum as bisexual today! She bought me a pride flag plus a bi flag😭I love her👽edit: i also told my mom that i think i might be non binary, she accepted me!
