Really liked the music and atmosphere in this one. Thanks Bawk, awesome playthrough! :)

It was so painful watching him go through the hospital without opening the map once… and finding the computer first thing that tells you where all the drugs are but he ignored it 😅

My dad's music thing had a record player on top, a cassete player, cd player, and an 8 track player all hooked up to speakers so large I could hide toys inside of them. Bawk is so accurate on the size of old music players it gave me a crazy hit of positive nostalgia !

This anthology format is interesting but I really miss the original (1-4) vision for Silent Hill

Doctor here (yes, really). Writing this because the heavy medical themes in this game are really interesting to me, and also for the couple of med students that I saw in Bawk's chat, Bawk himself, anyone else who might be interested. Learned a lot from Bawk's cooking streams (I can cook now!) and I hope to repay the favour. Wish you folks best of luck in med school! :)
Here is what the numbers Dr Glenn asked for in the surgery minigame mean:
Blood pressure (BP)
Short answer: Measures how hard the blood inside you is pressing against your blood vessels and heart. Mechanically the same as water pressure in pipes.
Long answer: You know how your heart goes ba-dum every beat? "Ba" is the sound of your heart pumping blood out to the rest of your body and "dum" is your heart "reloading" its chambers with blood for next pump. So BP is typically two numbers, top one is for the pump, bottom one is for the reload. First number (also called Systole) is normally between 100 and 120, and second number (Diastole) is between 60 and 80. So a "normal reading" looks like this: 120/80 for example. In the short term, low BP is much more dangerous than high BP, because it usually means blood is flowing poorly and the brain is probably not receiving enough of it (don't forget your heart has to actually pump blood against gravity to send blood into your head). However, in the long term, high BP is a major contributing factor to the death of most of the human population, because the heart has to work against high pressure to do its job, which eventually wears it out the heart over many years. If you're young and you measure your BP and it's high, don't panic! BP goes up and down all the time. That's why doctors and nurses usually don't diagnose someone with actual high BP until they make several measurements with long time spans in between.
Heart rate:
Short answer: Beats per minute.
Long answer: This one is straightforward and most people know what it is by now, but in case it isn't clear, heart rate is the number of times a heart beats per minute. Normally it is between 60 and a 100 at rest, and is expected to be higher during exercise or when the body is desperate to send more oxygen to the body and brain. Low heart rate is scary in patients, but is also normal in especially athletic people. A fast DIY way to measure it is to look at a watch while lightly placing (not pressing) your index and middle finger on the artery on the wrist, directly below where the "drumstick" of the thumb tapers off, then count beats for a minute. An even faster way is to only count beats for 30 seconds, then multiply by 2, or even count beats for 10 seconds then multiply by 6, but the less time you spend counting beats, the less accurate the measure is.
Oxygen saturation (O2 sat):
Short answer: How much oxygen is in your blood.
Long answer: This is a percentage of how rich your blood is with oxygen. This is what they measure by puting the little clamp that emits a red light on your index finger at the hospital. Normal is 100% to 95%. Medical staff are usually alerted quickly if it drops below that (especially below <90%) because it's usually a dire sign that the body (and especially the brain) are not receiving enough oxygen to survive.
These are all referred to as vital signs. There are other ones, like respiratory rate (breaths per minute), consciousness scale and pain scale, and they have the advantage of being quickly measurable without having to draw blood or expose the patient to radiation. The outcome of these vital signs is how they sort patients in the emergency room on a 5-tier ranking system, where 1 needs immediate attentionand 5 means they can afford to sit in the waiting room for an hour or two without being attended to.

Why bawk doesn't use the radio? Like he almost forgot about it?
On a side note, I barely had any problems with combat on normal with the naked guys... meanwhile Bawk just get grabbed constantly fighting them xD

I fear this would’ve been more accurate to advertise as a “inspired by the world of silent hill” game over slapping the name on it. I can see the SH dna in this game but the story just doesn’t hit like the others (not just team silent stories)
