Makes ~15 loaves (weight ~560g):
2 egg yolks
120g butter
100g powdered sugar
200-230g flour
100g any nuts (I used 50g each of walnuts and pistachios)
60g chocolate (chocolate chips or dark chocolate)
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp baking powder (~2g)
a pinch of salt and vanilla
Bake in a well-drained oven. Preheat oven to 180C for ~15-20 minutes.
