Rest in peace, Linkola.

Never thought about how few flowers we see, or how many birds we are missing. It seems now that birds have become pests, interrupting our lives and our cars

You are still inspiration for us all

Thank you for offering thesd translations. Very much appreciated!

RIP LINKOLA
tulevat maasta, palaa maan päälle

Rest in pines Pentti.

While I do not quite agree with (or perhaps holistically understand) many of Linkola’s beliefs, we have lost a true lover of the natural world—a man with a romantic dedication that the world will perhaps never know again. Hopefully his words will have a stronger impact and wider reach, and soon; love and passion for the beauty of the world knows no land and no language. Lepää rauhassa.

Thanks for adding subtitles and uploading this. I have shared it. I think it would have been better if you added the subtitles using the YouTube system, and then you could also have enabled community subtitles so others could add them in other languages. This also allows people to control the size of the text to suit their needs too.

Thank you for your example, Pentti Linkola! The future generations will respect you a lot!

Rest in Peace.

Kaunis kuvaus kerran niin paratiisintilassa olleelta seudulta. Kiitos, Pentti. 👌👍R.I.P. 🙏

absolutely lovely my favourite author

Perkele...

excellent work on this

I’m an American with Finn grandparents. My best memories of life are in the UP Michigan growing up. I watch this video to give me peace as I drift off to sleep. After hard days working as a nurse in downtown Detroit, coming home to take care of my ailing mother and taking care of our farm. I’m making an aspic for the first time! I’m blonde, blue eyed and I love solving problems. Burning out tree stumps instead of pulling them is my pastime amongst others. Who don’t like it? 😂 Glad to be a Finn. No stopping it. In my blood. Sorry day. But, we must carry on as our forefathers. 💪

Finally. Finally.

We were meant to be stewards of nature's glory. We are doing a poor job defending it against the rapine nature of the urbanite.

Rest in Power!
