Romesh & Shanthi Respond to the Haters…

The Romesh Ranganathan Show

Can Shanthi read minds?

In this episode, Romesh and mum Shanthi talk about literally everything. From receiving negative comments, how to handle nightmares, Romesh's vaping problem and the chances that life is all just a simulation. They also answer listener questions, giving their best advice for your dilemmas.

As always, it’s chaotic, honest and slightly unhinged.

Personally, I love it when the team laughs and makes comments. 😁

Remember when James McAvoy said there were tons of good comments about X-men but all he can remember is the one negative one? That applies here. The comment section here is almost always a love fest. So if you pay attention to comments at all, please pay attention to the positive ones. That's what will grow. Like everyone else, I especially enjoy Thursdays with Shanthi and want them to be longer. (Also enjoy hearing "peanut gallery" comments and laughs from the crew.)

I normally never see any negative comments under your videos, which is a testament to how much your viewers love the show. But last week I saw one or two negative comments, and I hope those 2-3 viewers will go and watch something else.

I do look forward to Thursdays and to my favourite mother-son duo. To Shanti aunty- haters will hate. But you're really cool and funny. Hope you guys keep making us laugh. And get that silver plaque.
