When MJ starting singing it caught me so off guard I almost got emotional! But I should have known! ⭐️

I feel so sorry for people who don’t know anything about the Jackson Five. They are musical royalty. They are the first family of American music.

Michael Jackson was the main prodigy in a family of musical prodigies.

No lip syncing or fancy autotune lol pure raw talent.

The fact Michaels singing so effortlessly, and you can tell by his face hes not struggling at all, is testament to that kids vocal abilities. Otherworldly.

He was so precious and so entertaining.   I'm sorry he had such a hard life.

Can you see how people  looked at a 10-year-old MJ and knew we were looking at a Superstar?

The smile!!! He always smiles! ❤

He was somthing else. Watching him almost brings me to tears.

Jermaine was initially the lead before Michael was formally in the group
They both had such big voices to have been so young 🥺

That was Jermaine he had some pipes too! But that was a hell of a combo!

He was so talented, I just wish he could have had some peace and joy to match his talent.

I absolutely love seeing that jaw-dropping moment of ppl first time seeing MJ sing who's loving you. He had an amazing voice at that age.  Even Ed Sullivan said that was the best live singing performance he's had on the entire run of his show, which is saying a lot because that stage has seen some amazing talent. This was the GOAT boy band, and nobody can tell me differently!

7:33 this is exactly how I start getting emotional too everytime I see little MJ perform 🥹

I’m 63 , I was a kid like them in the 60’s, and in the late 60’s and early 70’s , to  young black people in America (kids and teens ), there was nothing hotter than the Jackson 5. They sold records , always had two to three hits at the top of the charts , had tv specials , sold out concerts , and tv appearances like this one on the Ed Sullivan Show, it meant ratings , because every black kid and teen stopped what they were doing to watch the Jackson 5 on tv. My father , who loved music himself , knew I loved the “ J5” , so he bought home every new J5 album for me when they came out, and I still have them and cherish them. And he also took us to the concerts 3 times ( we missed the first time they came to Memphis ) , it was very exciting . And they were a part of a whole generation of history making music, the Motown label. I grew up with the Jackson family , and we called them black royalty and looked up to them for decades. They had a tv special back them called “ The Jackson 5 : Going Back To Indiana” which featured them in a verity of comical skits with Bill Cosby and other celebrities , and ended with a live concert . It was released as an album also, you should check it out also. The Jackson 5 made times very special for black kids and teen back then. And just remember , the Jackson 5 ( and the Jackson’s , as well as Micheal and Jermaine early solo albums ), had so many hits, but fans who loved them lived every track on every album.

I grew up in this era! It was a great time! I love The Jackson Five! MJ’s talent! Amazing! The vocals! Fire! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Rest in Peace MJ!

The absolute GOAT!!!! Period.

Everyone was so talented but MJ was a prodigy!

I am almost 60 and grew up with the Jacksons (Jackson 5). This was my introduction to R&B and popular music at 6 or 7 years old. When some of us older folks seem unimpressed with today's entertainers, this is why. A high bar to meet to be sure.

Michael would stand out anywhere. He probably was gold as a fetus.
