I finally made it to La Comer Tulum! 🇲🇽

I've been hearing people talk about this place for months, so I finally decided to see what all the hype was about.

La Comer Tulum officially opened in December 2025, becoming the company's first location in Quintana Roo. The store is massive, with roughly 9,000+ square meters of sales space and a huge selection of products, including imported foods, organic products, gluten-free items, vegan products, specialty groceries, fresh meat and seafood, bakery items, prepared foods and more.

So in this video, we're going to walk around La Comer Tulum and see what it's actually like.

I'm checking out the grocery selection, imported products, fresh food, meat and seafood department, bakery, prepared foods, prices and some of the things that make this store different from the other grocery stores around Tulum.

And I'll give you my honest first impression.

Because I'll be honest — I didn't want to go for the longest time.

When everyone starts hyping something up, sometimes I intentionally avoid it. 😂

But after finally visiting La Comer, I can see why people have been talking about it.

Whether you're living in Tulum, moving to Mexico, visiting Tulum on vacation, staying long-term or just looking for better grocery options in the Riviera Maya, this is worth checking out.

🛒 About La Comer Tulum

The new Tulum location is at Avenida Cobá and the Cancún–Tulum federal highway and represents a major investment by Grupo La Comer. The company invested approximately $1.12 billion MXN in the store and said the location would create more than 500 formal jobs.

The store also has La Comer's specialty areas including:
