thank you for this lovely human, especially after the awful news you've had.. i hope your doin ok.. n thank you ❤

16:14  You did this amazingly in your reaction to this video. Let haters hate, while you do you. This is YOUR channel, not theirs. If they want it done differently,  no one is stopping them from creating their own channel.  You are awesome!! 😊

5 stages of grief, 5 different parts of music in one video... ren is a lyric video poet genius

This is my favorite one. The empathy in the melody, words and vocal tones of that last section, just gets me everytime… and the transitions from segment to segment! Each so different, but smooth as butter.

I do enjoy your reactions so much, and it’s always interesting to see things from professionals’ POV.
Understand you are probably wanting to take a break from recording, I hope that knowing your community is here is bringing you some small comfort

I adore u, how much u enjoy every Ren track/film u react to.  Your happiness is so clearly genuine.
My love to u and all your family xxx

Awesome reaction, thank you for sharing your insightful comments and unique perspective, love the elements you highlight ❤

There were a series of shorts…all like 2 min and include:
Suspect down
Temporary leave
Trouble at home
Therapy
Clean slate
Reinstated

These shorts fill in the story between when Richard encounters screech up to his encounter with Vincent. They may answer some questions for you.

I love everything about this from the epic guitar opening to the 5 stages of grief 😢 He really is the complete artist ❤ We all appreciate the singing, the music ❤ but watching the BTS it's fascinating watching Ren directing, his attention to detail for the set design, the lighting, the camera placement is 🤯 Thanks for this one x

Thank u Rey for your beautiful words at the end,  they mirror my previous and current life.
Thank u xxxx

Bless you.  My heart hurt for you when he started the 5 stages of grief 🫶 great reaction as always ❤❤

This is my personal favorite. The guitar solo and voice, the camera and imagery abd everyrhing about the story is exquisite.

I love your reactions to this unbelievable music.

Your face tells everything about how you feel, and it’s great to see.

Thank you for being so open and honest about it.

😊

What an amazing reaction Rey!
I loved it!!
Richard's Tale was so emotional for me on my first watch 😭
Ren paints a picture with his music, as Van Gogh did with colors.. A genius!! 🔥
Thanks and much love 🧡

Never mind Ren on Mondays, every day will suit us 🤣

I love your facial expressions. You are amazed by his music.  It’s lovely to see your genuine appreciation of his magnificent work. You truly recognise the multitude of talents he has with regard to his music, lyrics, editing, producing, directing plus the colour mastering.  He’s really incredible.  I can’t wait to see your reaction to the 3 nights which are next before Starry Night.  Guess we’ll have to wait another week☹️☺️.  Peace from the Uk 😊👍

Thank you! I love watching your facial expressions when Ren is singing. You are also very expressive.

Pertinent things you brought up.  I don't think I have ever heard anyone focus on Ren's having done the colour grading on this, as well as the rest of his work.
When you add in the fact he was probably imagining the final video as he wrote the song (he has said he often does), it is even more impressive!
If the 40  don't want zoomed in, send them to watch the original on Ren's channel to support him directly?!
.
Ed out typo.

I loved seeing this on patreon and now it’s live here I’m watching with a different perspective after hearing of your devastating loss. I love that you love Ren as much as we hope reactors will. It’s been wonderful watching you fall in love with this music over the weeks. Your reactions have been insightful and engaging.
Sending you my sympathy again along with my love at this awful period in your life.

You're such a beautiful person ❤ I hope you're doing well off camera during this time of loss. If not that's ok too, but know we're here for you! 🫶🏻

Greetings from Canada Rey! I've been following your Ren reactions for awhile now, can't recall if I've commented before. But I had a thoughtwave, brainwave, whatever you wish to call it, when you started your analysis and talking about Vincent's life of neglect.

You say to us, "take care of yourselves fam". I couldn't agree more. If one is feeling neglected (I know the feeling well), the solution is not substances, or anger, or withdrawal.

Care for yourself, when nobody else will. And don't turn cold, remember to care for others too. No human being is meant to stand alone, to be alone. Our diversity is our strength, we are only strong when we are as one, one species, humanity.

I'm facing being the last member of my family alive in the country, in the very near future. Dad passed in 2023, sis lives in the USA, and mom has tried twice now to 'check herself out'. And I'm estranged 6+ years from my now-adult son - the fallout of that relationship/marriage of a decade blowing up (I still hold onto hope we can reconnect, my son & I, but I haven't seen him in so, so long. Even just thinking about it brings back the hurt, the missing him)

So I feel the impending loneliness. But I also have a group of very close friends, 'found family', that I have developed over the years. They will be my only family soon enough, so I'm glad to have them. That is how I will face the loneliness. With friends, love, and support.
