I speak zero Japanese,yet I watch these videos with such passion.

what amazes me most of street vendors like this is the preparations everyday.  So much effort to setup and breakdown each day, and it seems effortless.

It’s funny in a way. These guys pull around their cart, and you get the impression that it’s all self contained, then the mini van pulls up and off loads most of the equipment.😅 Was there a simpler time when they had to get by with what they could pull? I’m not making fun of this. This really is the coolest thing, to provide a wonderful time, and wonderful food, to so many people in an atmosphere that is found nowhere else. Just sayin’

Seing the order and calm  to do things is so relaxing.
