Can you BEAT Fallout 4 with only VANS?

I also modded a few other game files myself to make the VANS perk a bit less buggy overall.
It's time to fully embrace Fallout 4's worst perk.
Rules:
I can only take the VANS perk. No other perks may be used.
I CANNOT move outside the green line of VANS guidance for ANY reason.
A mod will be used to show VANS outside of VATS just to avoid constantly having to trigger it and to make it clear if I leave the line. The mod is linked above.
I also custom modded my game to make the line more visible.
I can switch quests to my heart's content so long as I don't leave the VANS line.
Leaving the VANS line means I have to reload the last save immediately. (If it has any effect on gameplay, getting pushed off, or veering off a bit accidentally in uneventful times is fine).
To make sure I ONLY rely on VANS, my HUD will be fully disabled. VANS shall be my only guidance.
Early on I unbound my S key to not accidentally back up.
Custom map pings may be used only when a quest is broken.
The goal is to finish the game via any ending without ever leaving the beautiful stinky green line.

This isn't just a silly challenge for the sake of it, this is deliberately poking around at the edges of how the game does objective pinpointing and pathfinding, which we don't typically think about because, from our perspective of only barely looking at it, it at least SEEMS to work. It's awesome!
