Japan, the daughter of Aunt Maew and a staff member at the Sothornchai Nursing Home, insists that the cages used for grilling fish were designed by her mother herself, and that everything was seen by the Ministry of Public Health. She also revealed an audio clip of Benz stating that her mother would be in danger if released.

Japan played video and audio recordings of a conversation with Benz on the program. In the clip, Benz claimed that releasing her mother, Pat, immediately would endanger herself and her family, citing her mother's violent behavior and accusing the center of harming her. Japan countered that Pat's mother had no psychiatric certificate, was a normal person with all rights and freedoms under the law, and the center had no authority to detain her. If Pat's mother wished to leave, she had to be released immediately. This ultimatum and evidence became a crucial factor in pressuring Benz to agree to come and take Pat's mother back.
