But, Madima’s ancestry journey had my heart from the very beginning. I actually felt her feelings in my soul…
I have probably watched hundreds upon hundreds of ancestry journeys through the years… her journey with a lack of better words was the best journey I’ve ever seen!! the feelings that this gave me are indescribable.
Her soul and her her passion in love for family reminds me a lot of our family. Maybe that’s why I felt such a connection.
And when she gave the blessing, it felt full circle her walking into the water…
She brought her family back to where it began on that side of the family. It was a full circle moment That was an incredibly moving!!
If she ever sees this, I would like her to know that if I was ever to go to New Zealand, I would want to look her up and share a meal…
Much love from Minnesota in America ♥️
