27:00 I actually appreciate the speed that you talk. Some content creators draaaaaggggg oooonnnnnn. Not you! 😂

I’ve had a grain mill now since 2017 & have yet to use it. This video has been incredibly helpful, thank you so much for breaking it all down. I now know so much more & 2024 is the year I break out that grain mill. I always watch your ads but this video definitely deserves for the ads to be watched! You have done so much  research & passed it along to us, I appreciate it so much. Keep up the good work & reap the rewards!

When you got your grain mill, I looked at the resources and was like, "oh I need to look into this" - I have 4 kids, I never did lol. THANK YOU for revisiting this topic!

King Arthur Flour website has an ingredient weight chart!

You do not talk too fast! It is a perfect speed and your enunciation is clear and distinct which makes listening to you easy.

If it makes you feel better, don't worry about all of those that say you talk to fast. I watch all YouTube videos at 1.5x speed. Still able to keep up with you 100%. 😄

I've found Rose Homestead to be a really helpful, easy-going approach to bread-making with freshly milled flour, either sour dough or yeasted breads. She also has other recipes besides breads, some very yummy stuff. Mary, the Rose Homestead lady, is an awesome cook and teacher, and very relaxed, good for a beginner like me!

This is the first argument for using the metric system that resonates with this proud American😂

Just ordered a Nutrimill (the cheaper white one) and put in a Azure standard order to be pick up later and I am so glad I found your channel. Your info was great. Thanks

I dont have a flour mill yet but im looking into this more. Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge.

This video has been extremely helpful. I’ve been contemplating purchasing a mill…your journey and the reality ( of ups and downs) was the kind of encouragement I needed. Thank you.  By the way…I never noticed that you talked fast. I kept up with you easily.  It’s because you are who you are that I follow you❤

Perfect talking speed for me! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

Oh girl,  I've been told my whole life I talk too fast,  but I never thought so,  especially when I ran into people who I swear talk too fast! Great video as usual. Hopefully, somewhere down the line, I can join this freshly milled revolution! 😊

Helpful information. Thank you!
(Your talking speed is just right for me)

These are great tips! I have not used a scale and that is probably a big reason my recipes have not been successful.  I really appreciate the vocabulary as well. I have been a bit afraid to try sourdough but I'd love to learn! Thanks, Jaylea!

I’m in absolute kinks laughing because it’s yet another method of measuring and calculating and things to consider when baking/cooking and your information is going to be extremely valuable to so many! I’m laughing because I grew up with the imperial system of measuring, and then metric came along and yet most recipes call for the old system, THEN there’s European measurements in ounces and weight thanks to the internet 🤣🤣
Oh my word!! This adds another dimension to this now too😂😂😜 Thank you so much!

It's so much fun to learn from someone who is both knowledgable and passionate about their subject.  Wow, your message is great and you're and outstanding teacher!  Thank you.

I'm SO happy I found your channel! Bought myself a NutriMill Classic Grain Mill and a NutriMill Artiste Mixer on Black Friday - very exciting! Not only did I get a fantastic sale price on each but I had reward points on my credit card so ended up only having to pay $57.25 total price on the two of them!! Now to learn how to use it all 🤔. I'm a NEW SUBSCRIBER to your channel and look forward to learning a lot from you! Happy New Year!

Very helpful; thanks for sharing & researching for us! All the best to you in 2024 & beyond 🤗💗🇨🇦

I use kamut in pizza dough and it comes out great.
