Lol it was funny when Noel Edmonds was reading the newspaper

Definitely a strange game for that era. I get the impression Janelle wasn't as sociable as the other contestants and maybe wasn't enjoying the experience of being on the wings and at the hotel as much as them. Her early callout was perhaps before things came to a head with other players if they hadn't already (although if there had been a bad argument she could have been asked to leave before then). It was a while before she showed any emotion even when Noel opened the box on the table. I do wonder if this game took a long time to film or quicker than usual, given how little she said!

Thanks as always for the upload Paul.

Thanks for this one at long last after nearly 14 years! I've never seen this game before so was an interesting watch! I somewhat did enjoy her game!

Having watched this game for the first time, i must say, this was a strange one! I honestly don't think Janelle was as bad as others were making her to be, she seemed lovely at first (although a bit nervous and emotional), but as the game went on, she did seem a bit moody/uncomfortable at times. I did notice it took ages for the other players to join Janelle at the table at the end - no one came near her at first, and then they seemed to reluctantly saunter across to her! - and i'm still curious to know if anything happened b/w Janelle and the others as something really didn't seem right about this. I don't know, would J or someone who knows her be able to humour me??

Is it in VHS effect?

£5,000  in 2006 (£8,237 in 2024 value) Not exactly life-changing money ..But still some nice "Smile" money.
Would have paid for a nice holiday and some new clothes.
