After watching all these videos, I don't understand why you don't just make a mix of those same spices you use all the time. It would sure make things easier for you, and you'd always have a consistent blend.

I just Knew that Jerk chicken was gonna be fire Hottt! , the jerk Hot seasoning in jar is Fire Hotttt! On its own, then you mixed it with All that other hot jerk seasoning!   Oooooweeeee! , I would have to pass, but looks good tho… too hottttt for me!

I use that jerk sauce all the time. You have to try it on ribs. You don’t need anything but garlic powder and pepper, that sauce is seasoned, and you only need to lightly coat

Bacon grease slathered on, garlic and onion powder, worcester sauce the chicken sure works to allow the drippings to drip over rice
