1:34:23 Classified is suppose to take place both before and after moon. The crew you play as is on their way to moon which explains how they teleport to Area 51 at the start of moon, and the one in the cutscene are from after moon because in the audio logs it’s mentioned that they were teleported back in time while the Americans were trying to figure out teleportation.

Honestly, the moon monster is so fucking cool and interesting to me. Given that we know that shit like elder gods exist, who knows what other kinds of monsters are out there waiting to be discovered.

On still playing splitscreen, I still do. Black Ops 3 zombies on PC specifically. To make it work, in windows' display settings I put my second monitor under my main one and hide the taskbar(in 'taskbar behaviors'). Then, I play BO3 in windowed mode, set Splitscreen to vertical and drag the window to be tall enough to display both perspectives on their own screen. Then connect two controllers and have the perfect evening with a friend :3

Please I can't be the only one who remembers the War Pigs trailer for Shadows of Evil.

When the first BO3 zombies trailer was premiered (not uploaded, the live premiere) it was the SOE trailer but it wasn't set to Snakeskin Boots. I remember it being set to War Pigs by Black Sabbath. And it worked so well.

Anyone else?

I subscribe to the theory that Monty and The Shadowman were once the same person who ended up splitting into two beings. Monty has that completely random line in Revelations about cutting worms in half and how both halves will continue to live after separating. Not to mention, considering what we know about Monty's ego and desire for power, I feel as if the line about The Shadowman once being his best friend would still make perfect sense if his "best friend" was himself.

The out of bounds Samantha laugh is most likely caused by the player no-clipping out of bounds and the game believing they just threw a Monkey Bomb out of bounds.

18:50 This occurs when the damage you deal to zombies is waaay more than what’s required to kill them. I remember this being a thing since BO3 with shotguns, not sure if they do it earlier. It can be done with any weapon.

Ima treat the whale type sound on moon as a south park reference or something so hidden we will find it in 7 years

4:47 fun fact it was actually first introduced in origins black ops 2 with the golden helmet being able to withstand the robots step. However it wasn’t actually visible by the players

Benn Down was an insider/ ex Treyarch worker. He made some videos with Juggerwicho, and after Black ops 2 DLC he just went back to make music

When you consider that these secret rooms were likely to be rewards and only openable after completing the BO4 Super EE, which lends itself to the original BO4 plans of a two year DLC cycle, then this could be a sort of wink and a nod to how you would've beaten six Chaos maps easter eggs in order to get that room, as we would've had Voyage and IX at launch along with four across the two years of DLC.

For exploding zombies, you can see this happen on Bo3 mostly with shotguns if you get an early PaP on them. I think part of it is trying to showcase the insane overkill you have that instead of making a limp corpse you make them become a cloud of blood and nothing more. It can be common on casual custom maps where shotguns are given a lot of love from time to time like Wanted, get a pump action with Double Tap 2.0 pre wave 15 and you're probably going to make blood clouds.

Okay as someone who played WAW zombies on PS3, I completely forgot/didn't know that the PS3 dog round for Shi no Numa sounded like that until it was played again for me so many memories of huddling up in the little cove behind the first box location in public lobbies

Its worth noting Benn also made music under the name Two Down. I vividly remember finding a song themed after a moon zombies map, three months before treyarch announced the rezurrection DLC.
For those curious, its called Two Down - Ascend.
