Black mage mentioned,

I honestly do love the writing talks, very insightfull.

Genuinely curious how these editors do there job when there’s this many problems

Unrelated, but it turns out that Sonic Blitz is now a Sonic RPG

22:25 they could have said he move extremly fast in the small hall ways and tails cant go at his full speed to get away with also hurting himself so that we can get a reason why tails is struggling to get away from a rusty ahh mecha.

44:06 tail fit is just a reference

This is a great review! By the way the reason this got less views than average is probably your livestreaming on the same channel as this one since your livestreams don't get nearly as many clicks and so on which causes Youtube to not recommend the video released after them to as many people. I got this opinion from someone who's talked a lot about how Youtube works from learning a lot about it from trying to figure out how to do well in it. He said when his videos had less views the next video does worse due to that and that if you do streams and vids and shorts in the same channel you're gonna have a problem because they run off different algorithms so if you usually click on someone's streams but not videos you won't get recommended their videos nearly as much as their streams and vice versa and same goes for shorts. You just did a couple of streams which aren't the same kind of content as what the people who like your videos want so they aren't as likely to get clicked on by them.

if you get a bunch of new subs from a short then they'll probably not watch your non-shorts because, not only are they not recommended non-shorts from the channel as often if at all because they didn't click on a short but the type of people who watch shorts from creators they don't normally watch tend not to have the patience to watch longer content, and when someone subbed to you doesn't click on the video recommended to him it gets recommended to less people and goes down in the recommended list making it less likely to be seen the next time by that same person. If you streamed on a different channel the streams wouldn't be recommended to apathetic video fans to the detriment of the channel nearly as much. Also I guess it was a magic sunflower.

And this is the ONLY time you'll EVER hear me say something positive about the IDW Sonic comics. I understand your criticisms, but I personally loved this story. Why? Well, for one, it's not written by either Flynn or Stanley. Second, since I stopped reading this comic because it only continued to piss me off, I was curious about this one since so many people praised it. ( even though they praise Flyn's shit writing ) I went in with low expectations, but I ended up enjoying it. It had good pacing, the dialogue was actually good, and the artwork is stunning. It's pretty much a Halloween story with an emotional arc.

I do have to say that Sonic talks a bit too much for my tastes, but that's a mistake a lot of writers keep making with him. I found this concept of Scrapnik Island very interesting. To find hope for a new beginning after being discarded is wholesome.

And I also love the message Sonic tells Mecha Sonic. "You give yourself worth. No one else." That's the COMPLETE opposite of what Son- I mean...Flynn said. Which was basically: "I want everyone to have the freedom to do what they want, but actually I just want them to do what I think they should do."

I like to pretend that the Sonic we saw in this story isn't the same as the one we saw in the previous issues, because he FINALLY acted like the REAL Sonic. That's all I want. Write them like they are in the games and come up with a nice story. It doesn't have to be grand or phenomenal, just memorable.

Another reason why I love this story is that the message helped me personally. A lot of people believe that their 'worth' is tied to the approval of another, or that they have to work hard just to prove they aren't 'trash', and this is something Sonic would say as a response, that no one, not a single soul on this planet, decides what you're worth. Only YOU.

This comic even inspired me to imagine what kind of story I would make for a Sonic comic, but even for me, it's quite difficult to come up with one.

Again, I understand your criticisms, but I loved Scrapnik Island.

I don't have anything to say about this issue
