Off-Grid Power in Action: I left the chargers at base camp (Big Lake) and relied entirely on my custom-built solar trailer. I’m running a 200W shade-resistant BougeRV Arch Pro panel and a robust 48V battery setup (19Ah front, 40Ah rear), managing to gain over 1100W of solar power despite three days of cloudy skies and rain.
The Highs & Lows of E-Bike Touring: This tour was full of challenges. From exhilarating gravel "surfing" and fast paved downhills (up to 45mph!) to frustrating mechanical issues. I battled multiple flat tires, including a total tubeless plug blowout ("bacon on a bacon") that forced me to switch to a spare inner tube on the side of the road in the rain.
