How can you talk about form breakdown for pull-ups but not Bulgarian Split Squads

im with will on weighted pull ups, theyre goated n like every exercise your form n ability to control the weight will continue to improve over time. Eric is coming as 100% body building but if youre training for overall strength n functionality, you gotta do weighted pull ups n dips.

always the same video but i'm gonna watch it anyway 🤣

Proud to be supporting this man starting out on his fitness journey!

Watching Janicki lift us a master class. Thank you for sharing Will

The Eric Bugenhagen 2 hour review will be peak

That was sick

I’ve never seen someone who can do 20+ strict pulls ups or heavy weight pull-ups with an undefined back. I have seen people full stack the lat pulldown or cable machine have no visible back muscles (guilty)

Diamond gym is coming back to haunt Will!

My gym doesn't have a Tbar Row but the makeshift one with a Landmine has been my new favorite back exercise

Pull ups are amazing, doesnt need to be weighted,  you can do assisted to keep perfect form and do more controlled reps

Will is the reason why i got my "fire" back to get into the gym, his content is amazing and very entertaining. seeing you both together is just pure Gold! 👌

4:39 broooo i did these for the first time at a hotel gym because they didnt have much of anything for back training except a bench and a cable machine. This exercise made my Lats the most sore they ever been!  Thats saying a lot too because my back is one of my best features after years of powerlifting. 10/10 will recommend for growth 👌

Love weighted dips and pullups. Anything I can smash multiple muscles at once feels like a win to me. Loading multiple plates can be annoying but well worth it imo.

You know we're heading toward a recession we need to start having conversations about rationing our exercise selection.

Ah, the Bulgarian split squat. Our favorite love-hate relationship 😂

Core? Going to try the seated lat pull downs for sure. Never seen those and looks like it’ll fire your Lats

R.I.P. calves and lower mid back and hinge and core absent hehe.

Consider this: one is a juiced up pro body builder, the other one is an amateur natty guy who lifts. You know who you should follow for advice if you're the other guy.

Might as well have included Rick the Stick as a collab 😂 can’t wait for the snoring dogs and YouTube ads riddled review of this video 🎉
