After finally settling into Banff National Park, it was time to experience one of the park’s most famous attractions—Johnston Canyon.

Millions of visitors make this hike every year, but with packed boardwalks, long lines, and crowds around every corner… is it really worth it?

Join us as we hike to both the Lower Falls and Upper Falls, wait our turn to squeeze into the famous cave behind the waterfall, and decide for ourselves whether this iconic Banff hike lives up to the hype.

But the adventure doesn’t end there!

After the hike, we head back into Banff in search of the famous Banff sign—only to discover it has been moved because of construction. We also make our very first stop at Tim Hortons to see what all the excitement is about.

The next morning, we visit the beautiful Cascade of Time Garden, one of Banff’s most photographed locations, to capture another unforgettable Canadian memory. We happened to stumble on a Farmer's Market where we experience some Flippin' Great Crepes!
