It’s now incredibly difficult to find the original Panorama interview anywhere on the internet.

RIP Princess Diana...

How awful for Princess Diana :(

He won xfactor celeb singing thing too! A terrible man, but just one of many..

Andrew Morton had Dianas full cooperation and said NOTHING took tons of heat, and likely would have kept it to the grave had she not passed 5 years later. THAT is journalism, when you're given insider info you protect your source and can never manipulate them. Otherwise it is not journalism but potential fiction which then undermines any other reported info. Bashir belonged writing for the rags not pretending to be a real journalist

Bashir's interview of Michael Jackson was also filled with ethically questionable maneuvers.

Evil lying people no integrity.
She must have felt so betrayed

This was certainly unfair. But does this invalidate Diana's declarations during the Panorama interview? Were Diana's suffering, isolation, bulimia, marvellous declaration of empathy for mankind less authentic because of this deceit? No. And that is still shame on her husband and the royal family.

❤

Everyone from Oprah to Barbara Walters wanted that interview. Bashir got it...by deceit. His cunning began a cascade of events that culminated in August of 1997 when the media, legitimate and non, finally pushed her off a cliff. From beginning to end, her life was crafted, designed, perverted, twisted, hunted, haunted and proven massively profitable by and for the damned tabloid press. Even the BBC became a scandal monger. Diana was THE story of the late 20th C. The demise of Charles, the future king played a supporting aspect in the narrative, but he paled in comparison, the dark knight.. she was the star. Bashier a bit player, a scoundrel and an exploiter of a fragile state of mind and a woman who'd become ensnared in defense of herself by the very media that betrayed her. As much as anyone, Bashir has blood on his hands. He was her nemesis.

charles, the adulterer thought diana  would 'put up'  with a third person in the marriage!  He was wrong!  She was   Lady Diana Spencer, she had morals!

Why was balshir not sued?

Fraud!

BBC is completely a sham corporation

So The Spencers, did have tax free revenues. 😮 I never would have guessed. Come on. All of the firm are homes under the bloody hammer! Ipso factorem. This is about Bad deal doing mad cheap stuff to pay her for the interview. Through some such The Firm's idipcratic High Finance to bring wealth to our Nation...😢

We all loved 'that' interview - it was perfect acting on Diana's part - the Nation loved her and felt for her - it's all in the past - give Bashir  break and let him be! Thanks!-

“There were three of us in this marriage”. No, with all your lovers it was about thirteen.

REDAKCIJA BBS JE KRIVA ZA TAJ INTERIVIJU ZATO SRO SU GA PROVOCIRALI ZEZALI SE NA NJEGOV RACUN ZA POST PORODJAJ PANORAMA

Bashir was a terrible, sub-tabloid journalist who got lucky. He’ll never be anything more than that.

why his handwriting is so bad and unreadable

Spencer is a total Pratt. Surely he had access to the. Est legal firms available  so why not call upon them to investigate before passing this 'information' on to his sister- he bears a lot of responsibility for making his unstable sister a basket case.
