That's an absurdly narrow window. I could pick 5 just on the Dream Team. Then you have guys that just worked hard and contributed in very meaningful ways... Kevin McHale, Horace Grant, (and I hate him politically), but also Steve Kerr. As an athlete,  there are probably 200 NBA players that you should respect. Hell, I hated every Laker ever, but I respected almost all of them.
