Lyrics – “Never Yield”
(See comment below for full lyrics)
[Intro – The March Begins]
over there, over there, xenos and heretics beware.
over there, over there, the guard is coming, say your prayers.
bayonets bright and banners high,
for the emperor we will do or die.
so beware, say your prayer,
the astra militarum holds the line anywhere.
pack your kit, grab your gun,
there is a war to be lost or won.
through the hives to the stars the imperial guard march to war.
here they come, sound the drums,
boots like thunder, the march has begun.
they will charge through ash with bayonet flash,
until the emperor’s justice is done.
[Verse 1 – The Regiments Rise]
from cadia’s ashes, from krieg’s dark graves,
from tanith where gaunt’s ghost once lived.
catachan blades through jungle deep,
valhallan steel where ice-winds weep.
steel legion marches, banners high,
mordian drills beneath the sky.
millions rise at duty’s call,
one creed, one faith, one will for all.
[Chorus 1 – Forward, Never Yield]
forward, forward, never yield.
our blood shall be the emperor’s shield.
through fire, storm, and endless night,
the guard shall stand, the guard shall fight.
ooooh, His hammer strikes the stars.
ooooh, His enemies shall fall.
[Verse 2 – Duty Eternal]
a million die, a million more,
still the regiments march to war.
for every name in honor’s flame,
another rises to do the same.
we bleed, we burn, yet do not fall.
our duty’s weight is borne by all.
to guard mankind from night’s decay,
to hold the darkness at bay.
[Bridge – The Commissar’s Gaze]
the commissar’s gaze, cold as stone.
no cowards or traitors under his rule.
a rogal dorn rolls forth, its cannons cry,
the commander’s blade raised to the sky.
“drive me closer, let them see,
my sword shall end their heresy.”
yet these are sparks in endless flame.
for all serve duty, all the same.
be it madness, courage, steel, or prayer,
the guard holds fast, we’re always there.
[Chorus 2 – The Sacrifice]
forward, forward, never yield.
our blood shall be the emperor’s shield.
through fire, storm, and endless night,
the guard shall stand, the guard shall fight.
ooooh, His hammer strikes the stars.
ooooh, His enemies shall fall.
[Verse 3 – The Unbroken Line]
under our treads, whole worlds may burn.
under our shells, empires fall.
when angels falter, when titans die,
still the guardsmen charge, bayonets high.
[Final Chorus – Heart of the Hammer]
forward, forward, lift the flame.
our lives are given in His name.
through every grave, through every scar,
while angels cut with scalpel’s art,
the hammer falls, we are its heart.
ooooh, His hammer forged in pain.
ooooh, we are, his enemies bane.
[Outro – The Price of Victory]
for every life, for every loss,
we bear the burden, we bear the cross.
be it daemon, xenos, or traitor foes,
the guard shall march till mankind grows.
for we are the hammer, we strike in His name,
and none shall withstand imperial flame.
[Speech – Lord Solar’s Command]
a golden light strikes, blinding and divine.
lord solar marches beneath the blazing sun.
he raises his blade to the storm.

“soldiers of the astra militarum, no, guardsmen of the imperium.
here we make our stand. before us stand his foes.
let us send them to meet their false gods.
for today, our god walks with us.
regiments, we march into hell with faith burning bright.
so fix bayonets. glory to the first man to die,
charge.”
[Finale – The Galaxy Trembles]
forward, forward, never yield.
our blood shall be the emperor’s shield.
billion boots, like thunder roar.
His will made flesh, we march once more.
the earth splits beneath their tread.
a living tide where heroes bled.
the thunder of tanks, the scream of guns.
the galaxy shakes, the guard has come, His will be done.
bayonets blaze like a rising sun.
shadows flee, the night undone.
from hive to trench, from star to star,
the guard advance, eternal war.
Man loves his tanna tea and is probaly a honorary Valhallan already
THIS is why I love the Militarum so much, it's not the big boy Astartes holding back Chaos, the xenos and the heretics, it's not the Custodes because they're busy posing with the Big E, it's not the titans, it most certainly isn't the mechanicus, it's the Guard that holds back Chaos, xeno and heresy. Truly, the Emperor's finest

Report in, Guardsmen. Which verse or moment struck hardest in His name?
This marks my 40th Warhammer 40K song, a milestone for the channel, and one I tried going the extra mile for.
Thank you all for helping me grow this channel into something far beyond what I ever imagined. Every view, comment, and bit of support keeps me motivated and full of new ideas.
Now… enough pleasantries. The Commissar’s here.
Fix bayonets. 🔥
