We separate confirmed ASOIAF lore from legends and fan theories, including the mysteries of the Isle of Faces, the Long Night, weirwood magic, ancient black stone structures, and the possible civilizations that may have existed before recorded history.

I usually go into these with a suspicion that there is going to be a lot of misinformation that will need to be corrected. This video almost had none of that.
The only thing I could find was about Wun Wun learning the human language, but even that is just interpretation. He is smart enough to learn, he just hasn't developed much of the skill yet and still needs a translator.
Something most other content creators on YouTube miss is that the truth behind much of the stories from the past are forgotten. Instead they go on about the day when squishers rising up to fight. Dagon vs R'hllor is going to be some epic godly battle over the God's Eye, the Wall, Hardhome, or the ancient Valyria.
The reality is more that the deep ones may never emerge from the depths of half forgotten memory.
As you pointed out, some of the forgotten ancient races have reemerged. But there is no reason why GRRM would make every forgotten race come back. Sometimes a legend is best left as a legend and let people wonder about things that might be. And George knows this is good storytelling.
Disagree. The Children creating the Others is canon until George finishes the books (spoiler alert: he wont)
