My empathy for people ends when they hurt someone innocent

I believe her murder attempt as a full adult in prison seals the deal. She is a menace and her execution is sadly warranted.

Just because there is a diagnosis of a severe mental disorder is no excuse for murder. Not everyone who is diagnosed with mental illness commits murder.

Nope. She tortured her victim nearly an hour and is by all accounts pure evil. Death penalty is fair, but such an easy death is not fair.

You only scratched the surface of what Christa did to Colleen. This is one of the most heinous crimes I've ever heard of. She deserves the death penalty. The state got this one right.

@CoolHand273 6 days ago

She didn't care about the victims rights and preferences so why should we?

@widowgirl1254 6 days ago

The death penalty is warrant in this case. It's frustrating that she'll die on September 30th instead of 3 decades ago.

There hasn't been a woman executed in TN in 207 years. That's a big indicator of how vile she is.

If the victim got the death sentence, then the perpetrator should get the death sentence. Equity.

Many people have gone through awful circumstances growing up - most do not kill other people. No more excuses.

She is deserving of the death penalty, it should proceed as scheduled

@deasvail99 5 days ago

She also tried to murder someone in prison? Yeah she needs to go. She is dangerous to everyone around her.

Another “If she doesn’t deserve execution, who does?” case.

@AmyyyChP 5 days ago

Oh god here we go with the “I heard voices telling me to do it “ BS! What an evil evil individual!

@HenriNoddnsock-xd7jw 6 days ago

All of Christa's requests should be ignored. Carry out the sentence.

30 years on death row is insane and a waste of tax payers money. Executions need to happen a lot quicker than that. Especially when there’s zero doubt to the guilt.

The Public have the right to remove people like this

@felicia6779 5 days ago

If this fool doesn't deserve the death penalty, then it shouldn't exist.

@BunnySlippers82 6 days ago

She's weak and frightened, which is exactly what she deserves to be feeling. She should've been done away with decades ago for the suffering she caused Colleen.
