Not only is your work absolutely stunning, but your advice is so valuable. I really appreciate your willingness to share your process as well as the business struggles. And it’s fun to watch you paint while getting to absorb everything. Making prints and having the embellishment option, is such a wonderful way to make your work accessible by the majority of your audience instead of the select few that can afford an original and for that, I think we can all agree that we are thankful! Let us know how your morning challenge is going, I’m so intrigued. And please continue to make fantastic content and bring us along for your processes. (Also I love this bit longer video 😊)

The embellishments made it so brilliant with the added white and colors.

I love how open and honest you are about your work and the way you market it. Its unusual for someone to be so open.

I think that your option of printmaking is very smart. Lots of good info with this video.

Thanks for this video. Your explanation of selling prints was brilliant!

Your paintings are amazing and your techniques and how you made that print look like you just painted it. Kudos to you!

Your abstract island with reflection reminds me of a castle in the air.

Fantastic episode - thank you, thank you!! ❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing all your projects! Always look forward to your videos! Beautiful! Thank you for sharing, explaining your business experience's as well, very informative . Have a fabulous week! :face-red-heart-shape:

You're always so cheerful. I luv it!

Love your discussion on prints and the rights on your art. I’m glad you have brought this topic to the front. Agreed that artists don’t have to be poor while others make lots of money from them. Old school. Time to change that mind frame. Super happy that you’re talking about this and about money and value. It’s all ideas that amateurs need to know. Would love to see a trip to how they photograph and produce your prints. Find it interesting. Thanks Julia.

You have inspired me!  I was in a painting funk.  You just posted a 12x12 that you are painting of trees.  I had been hoping you would show the reference photo and your palette while you paint, which
you did, and it was so helpful! Thank you for your videos!

Gorgeous work ❤

It has been difficult finding a fine art photographer, so many wedding, baptism and puppy photographers out there.

Julia, love your bold colours of nature. I’m dying to just give this style a whirl and see what fun I can have.

Thank you Julia, I totally agree with your process for your paintings and as an artist,we tend to not see our work as valuable as it truly is. Great video and great info!

Leslies exhibit sounds amazing!

Thank you for sharing this invaluable advice. Especially about selling prints. I've gone back and forth on this, and now moving forward I will not shy away from prints. In regards to scanning...if you do small originals that's the way to go. Just scan at high resolution. I've made 30x40 canvas prints from an 8x10 original. They turned out fantastic! Thank you for this, you are the best!

Thank-you very much Julia for your lesson today. 😊 I am just going into this next phase of my artist journey and this info has come at the right time. Really enjoy your channel! Charlene from Vancouver Island BC ❤

Thank you so much for your openness about getting started. With every video I’ve watched, I have learned something invaluable. Your discussion about the lifetime cost was SO surprising to me. I never thought people would ask that of an artist (to not sell prints of an original they purchased). And now, thanks to you, I know how to handle that if it ever comes up. I’m just starting my professional journey.
I LOVE your videos and will have coffee with you every morning!
I wish you and yours all the blessings you wish.
P. S. Love the garden part as well.
