Now let’s deal with reality.
You cannot hit the middle of the cue ball, even if you did the drag of the table would cause forward rotation. Therefore you have to hit with a tiny trace of draw.
You also better not miss to the side of the cue ball middle, because that would cause minimal amounts of throw on both the cue ball and object ball.
Also, you better not miss the perfect hit on the object ball, otherwise 90 degrees ain’t working out you either.
Oh yeah, and you better have perfect conservation of momentum, etc. (Or whatever that other thing was called)
So in summary, if you aim perfectly, hit the ball perfectly, and the table behaves perfectly, then yes. Otherwise, close but no. Playing by feel is all you can do in the real World, until we build snooker robots. Then we’ll show that reality isn’t perfect, but it also doesn’t need to be.

90’ to the line the object ball goes when the white is SLIDING on the cloth - your first shot was perfect example, so much power the backspin wasn’t gripping so it was sliding down the 90’ line
