Speaking on Castlevania collections, and Konami doing one of the better jobs with bundling & re-releasing their franchises, still waiting for that Symphony of the Night collection/PC release. Gotta be up there for me with older titles alongside Vagrant Story, and likely will never be possible Xenogears, that I wish had an easily accessible option outside of emulation 😩

A Splinter Cell remake would make a ton of sense to me since we haven't had a big stealth game in a while. There was the MGS3 "remake", but that felt closer to a remaster (And I don't mean that as a dig at Delta). With Splinter Cell taking so long, I have to assume it's more ambitious than that. My worry is more that it goes down how Ubisoft's Sands of Time remake did.

BG&E2 makes no sense to me anymore though. I never thought BG&E1 was any good, but it also wasn't a big seller either. Regardless of how I feel about the original, the sequel would have been "Michel Ancel's next game" at least. But now it's not even that. Now it's "Ubisoft folks trying to patch together a few assets and fill in the rest with an actual game" at best.

Can someone tell me what weird rules/regulations Joseph Gordon-Levitt is talking about?

I've been wanting to get Castlevania Lords of Shadow 1 and 2 out of PS3 jail since I've played it.
The first one at least to me was one of the best action games I've ever played and not being a metroidvania could be beneficial as that genre is amazing but oversaturated.

TLOU is the guest who came to stay at your home for holiday... but never left. How can I miss you (The Last of Us) if you don't go away?

Uncharted is WAY overdue. Uncharted: Lost Legacy is an absolute banger! It's an absolute shame that, in the 9 YEARS since Lost Legacy released in 2017, there hasn't been a sequel.

Thanks, Jim Ryan. PS5 is the worst console generation.

Kinda Funny's chat has a lack of nuance issue. It isn't you. Lot of great stuff over there but their chat could use some work when it comes to understanding opinions that aren't one absolutist extreme or another.

The last of us 2 has some of the best survival stealth gameplay I've ever played.
Also, yeah telling me the last of us 3 is happening isn't news. But I can't wait to play it though.
I can't imagine how they improve the gameplay after 2.
Uncharted the lost legacy had the best improvements in the series, again I have no idea how they improve.
I don't see the "have to be positive on the last of us" people but the people that hate the last of us, especially because of culture war are loud and obnoxious. Have been since months before it released when the leaks dropped.
And yeah naughty dog isn't perfect but that also have never missed. No bad games are possible from that studio
