We meet again Parkrun! Last time you gave me trails, mud, hills, and a post-race injury BUT NOT THIS TIME! This week I attempt to break my Parkrun PB, but this time I have some help. I've enlisted the experience of the 3rd ranked marathon runner in the UK this year Phily Bowden, and I believe with a flat course and a pro pacer I can make this happen!
