I love Josh’s solo videos because there’s no one to stop the unhinged from coming out and it’s just a beautiful stream of consciousness all throughout

The Aldi Nord vs. Aldi Süd rivalry has made it across the pond I see

3:48 I appreciate the self-awareness from Josh about their content. Last Meals is amazing, but I came for the kooky cooking content and am staying for the kooky cooking content, so episodes like this really hit

It’s funny that you guys filmed this probably right before they just came out with their version of hot Cheetos at Trader Joe’s

I love that you upload at a time where night owls and early birds are up at the same time.

i had a dream once that the US version of Aldi was just called Ald. but it was still pronounced Aldi. i hope this was helpful and relevant to the video. you're welcome.

I appreciate Josh's random food facts so much. The first time he brought up woody tissue syndrome in chickens, it was like a week after I'd had the single least pleasant fast food chicken sandwich experience of my life and had been like "what was wrong with this animal," and it turned out! There was actually something wrong with that animal! In a weird way it was vindicating to see it brought up on a youtube show, thanks Josh

As my austrian grandmother would say "Wos sogt der? Wer is dos? Kennst du den?"

*(What is he saying? Who is this? Do you know him?")

Trader Joe's and Aldi aren't owned by the same company. Trader Joe's is owned by Aldi north and the USA Aldi stores are owned by Aldi south. They are two distinct companies but are owned by the same family. However it does make the USA the only place outside of Germany where both companies operate.

"Serving Koontz" is the best joke Josh has ever had

Subtitles wrote it as "Methical Kitchen" that would be a solid spinoff

3:50 - Speaking of, it's been eight months since a Fancy Fast Food. The last episode was really good, I want to see y'all top that.

Fun fact, Trader Joes does have it's own hot Cheetos now! Spicy Cheese Crunchies! That's it, re-do the episode! lol

Yesterday was 3/11. My cooking partner jokingly said that we had "synergy" over a month ago. I was singing, "amber is the color of our synergy, whoa oh" periodically throughout the morning. We'd look at each other and bust up laughing. I'm a lunch lady. Finding laughter in the kitchen matters, no matter what kind of kitchen you cook in.
