It’s crazy to me we are all here because we are sad and still try and lift each other from the darkness while still being swallowed by ours ❤

It hurts when you have no one to talk to about your pain

The worst thing in the world is to love someone. Love is the most painful and cruel feeling a person can feel in his life. I fell in love with Lily at the age of 5 in kindergarten and since then I have never loved anyone else, we remained only as friends until our 30s when I was always just a support to her but not a partner. I had to watch each of her partners, which in the end everyone disappointed her every time, but I must admit deep down I was always happy because of it. When I finally got the courage and was able to win her over and we were finally together I thought I could finally be happy too. After six months in the relationship she announced we were expecting a baby and I thought I had finally achieved everything I had hoped for in life……. Two weeks ago when Lily was seven months pregnant, a drunk driver crashed into her. Lily and the baby didn't survive. I've never in my life felt what I'm feeling right now, it feels like something is tearing me apart from the inside into a million pieces. I feel like my whole life is just a black and white movie that I'm not a part of. Nothing makes sense in my life anymore.   I didn't said goodbye to her and I didn't want to let her go I want to hold her hand her everyday but I can't because she was taken away from me.

"But I've helped alot of people" doesn't mean they'll be there for you when you need help

Patrick Jane is the definition of a broken man. He acts like he's not, but ever now and again, you look at him, and the mask slips, and you see that he is in more pain then anyone around him understands.

Don't love deeply, till you make sure that the other part loves you with the same depth, because the depth of your love today, is the depth of your wound tomorrow.

After lot's of disappointments I've finally realised, we just need to enjoy our own company, love ourselves to the fullest and never compare yourself with others. A lot of problems occur when you start fantasizing over things you don't have, what is meant for you will find it's way no matter what, so just try your best to live each day with the intention to make use of it to the fullest, cus it's not going to come back once the day passes.

There's a difference between "goodbye" and "letting go"
Goodbye is "I'll see you again when I'm ready to hold your hand and you're ready to hold mine"
Letting go is "I'll miss your hand, i realized it's not mine to hold and I'll never hold it again"
It's time to let go.

Pain is that which protects us, it leaves deep scars to remind us to be wary and builds up thick walls to keep away those that would harm us, but in the same beat it traps us alone in the dark.

Loneliness is the worst pain a person can ever feel

Pain is when you love someone deeply and can't have them because they don't feel the same for you but you decide to hide your feeling and emotions just to have them in your life..😢

Being 31 years old and knowing there could possibly be another 30 years to live scares me to my bones

“It hurts the most when someone lies to you with innocent eyes while you’re fully aware of the truth.”

my sadness is too much, even my super supportive friend is quiet, because e doesn't know what to say when I tell him everything, I have no one to talk to, no one. No one knows, no one feels me, no one. I can't cry to anyone but myself, no one can listen and help me, no one Loves me, I am alone, alone

Pain is when you look in the mirror and see yourself but don't recognize yourself.

Broken is when you look in the mirror but you don't see yourself you see something else

"I used to think that the worst thing in life was to end up alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel alone" -Robin W.

We know why we're here...

Nothing truly unites people like pain. No matter who you are, where you come from, what kind of background you've had. The only thing all humans experience equally, is pain.

That's why we are all here in this comment section.
Helping each other through it.

Im a cop. I have spent the greater part of my adult life helping others to the point I forgot to help myself. Ive lost my family and friends and have nothing to continue for except my job. Take care of yourselves and make sure you have someone to talk to.

Pain is the rust that grows on a machine that was never cared about.

Pain is the feeling we are all feeling right now, but can't describe. Pain is what made a lot of you start typing in this comment section... before deleting it.
