Love the Kaweco clip on my Kakuno as well. Nice video! Your yellow pen has me tempted to pick one up for the collection 😅

I hope you’re doing well.. I enjoyed it when you created it.. but ie been using my two Kakuno’s quite often lately.. so, I’m back! Ciao! Frank

I love my Kakunos. Instead of a clip I wish they had made the roll stop into a lanyard attachment.

Congratulations on your one year anniversary 🎉.  I have that same yellow Kakuno fountain pen. It's a solid performer with cute features. I got my girlfriend the pink one for her first fountain pen and she likes hers, too 😊

The clip from the sport does work.
Push it past the top and it settles in the curve. 👍🏾

Fabulous video, thank you!

This is my first time on your Channel and I have to say you looks similar to what I used to imagine in my childhood as a old wise character in children stories while reading my story books , and thank you for such amazing video.

This is quality content, I'm not gonna lie

The pilot kakuno was my first fountain pen. You can buy it completely transparent, in fact the fully transparent one's are the only ones that comes with an EF nib.
I believe that the kaweco sport  clip actually does fit the kakuno (though I've never done it) the kaweco's clip sits in the indentation on the upper cap. The clip doesn't sit perfectly though and can be rotated by hand, but it seems like it may work fine.
I love this pen it's a wonderful pen. I only have one problem with it: namely that I don't think the snap cap will last. I've had mine for a year and it still works, but the cap has become distinctly looser and I just hope that it'll last several more years, but if it doesn't I'll see if I can find a way to fix it.
The face on the nib is determined by the color of the barrel (take that with a grain of salt though.)

they definitely make a transparent kakuno the nib is still in that frosted cap though which is what it is :)

Good value for the money.

Amazon has the clear demonstrater model.

I have a completely transparent kakuno in EF and I love it. It was my first pen and I also used the parallel pen cartridges in the beginning, but I hated that ink because it took forever to dry! I ended up refilling cartridges with other ink with a blunt syringe instead. Then got the CON 40.

I think it's a little hard to properly compare wetness of nibs if you use different inks since they have properties that affect that, though. It was still easy to see the difference in thickness, so I appreciate that! I'm tempted to buy a medium. These are great pens and mine has yet to have a hard start or show any skipping since I purchased it in 2022.

Thank you for the video!!

I’m new to fountain pens and got this in the med and the fine.
Was struggling to find the difference but it is subtle to me at least.

I use a Red and grey Pilot Kakuno with a B stub nib and a Con 70 converter everyday.

Great video, thank you.
Did you ever get your hands on a Sailor Tuzu?
I'm curious to hear your take on it.

^^

The clip is brilliant! I cant help but collect the whole family series. I have blue papa fine nib. I plan on getting the others in alternating med and fine nibs. Let us know how you like this pen over time.

This is extremely out of the topic, but has anyone told you how majestic you look? From your t-shirt colour to your hair to your eyes to the skin tone to the colour of your hair. Sorry, I'd chastise myself for not appreciating how you look.

Thanks a lot for not including EF extra fine.
