As a person that made a support/heal build, Hero's Flute is also very good for quick heals (if you use the required Super Soul that is). Also I know it's an Other ULT but Energy Zone is a def S-tier, healing in Expert Missions help a LOT.
Present for you heals allies, not yourself, circle pattern on presents means it heals, diamond patterns means it deals damage Phantom fist restores stamina when you dodge something, so it's good for keeping up Kaioken Position shift can be used alongside genocide shell as a niche interaction to cause damage to an opponent
For position shift, the Three Idiots in their modded raids were able to use it for some use. Dotodoya would use position shift to bring the enemy next to Seereax, and while they were stunned in the looking around animation, Deion would hit them with something like Soul Punisher. It worked very well but I’d be remiss to mention that this was achieved through coordination through mic and that Dotodoya would constantly mistime it so the boss would be teleported out of an ultimate.
Weirdly Maximum charge is in an awkward position It charges too slow to really be effective and the ending delay leaves you open so you have to end it early to be safe def not S Tier I'd say C personally maybe B I wouldn't say ALL of Towa's moves suck her ultimate is a pretty decent support move 13:30 AH! SPARKING ZERO FLASHBACKS~ Didn't have much to say on this part Nice work overall good vidyas
Time Bullet and Position Shift actually get significant buffs with swimsuit Towa. Why just for that skin and not for CACs and her normal outfit? I’m not sure. Time Bullet does more damage and doesn’t leave you open if you miss, while Position Shift brings you close enough to attack.
1:56 I think it's based on the time Hercule gave Buu a game system that was rigged to explode (though I might also be confusing that for a game only thing)
Present For You is actually a loose nod to the Buu Saga. It's named for a Budokai Super Move used by Hercule, based on the scene where he attempts to blow up Buu with a bomb hidden in a handheld game console.
Position shift can be useful to trap an opponent into an ally's move, since it locks them in place for a moment as "disorientation", so your allies can get off a move on them. Basically like a long range paparapa dance (or however you say it), just doesn't last as long, and also doesn't lock you into a long animation if you miss.
Kai Kai also has a few invincibility frames. I found it best used when you wanna waste an expert mission or raid boss' time, but also dont want to get hit or allow them to lock onto someone else. I used to only use Zarbon's ultimate but found Kai Kai more useful since, again, it wastes enemy time when you keep teleporting away and that it doesn't consume Ki. I also like to think it's ragebaiting the bosses too.
Shield Barrier is hands down the most effective answer to aggressive ki blast spamming and it can block every ki stun attempt.
The best part about this skill is that it is a passive buff that protects you from everything that isn't ultimates, meaning you can use counterskills to negate the opponent's ability to rush you down and hit you out of it with melee.
This is incredibly effective with the right build and at 199, it actually makes GT Vegeta a solid cast.
Some of the best things to pair with it are things like God Breaker, which does an absolute metric crap ton of damage, Super God Shock Flash of course and GT Vegeta's other skill Counter Impact, which can either be used for a quick amount of burst damage if you hold it down, or if you just use it outright, it is basically like Phantom Fist in that you can instantly cancel it into anything for an easy punish when triggered.
The reason this works is because the main weakness of all these counter skills is that they can be ki stunned and interrupted.
Shield Barrier negates that counter option for the opponent, making them have to be extra careful and patient, otherwise they have no way of engaging you safely like they otherwise normally do.
Tbf this video probably came before the last dlc came out probably need to make a video on those skills my friend but other than that still a great video
