i am not gonna sugarcoat this. you can either keep lying to yourself, or you can wake up today. for years i thought if i just waited long enough, she would see i was the best option. i was the nice guy. the safe guy. and every single time, she left me for the man i secretly hated, because he owned the room without performing. The book called Break Her Bed by Jake Black dismantled every lie i told myself. it is not about game. it is about being so rooted in who you are that she cannot help but feel it in her bones. if you are man enough to handle the truth, read it.
Oh, don't I know about this. One thing I've learned that I haven't heard anybody talk about: Your coworkers will like base solely on your work ethic, and very little else. They're like crabs in a bucket.
Dealing with fake and treacherous people at work requires more than just surface-level strategies. It's about understanding the deeper psychological dynamics at play. By recognizing archetypal patterns and unconscious influences within groups, we can promote collaboration, innovation, and collective well-being. This approach not only helps in the workplace but also in our personal lives, fostering growth and collective flourishing.
Use your shadow. When you admit to yourself that anything they do, you'd be able to do way worse and for worse reasons, you stop being depressed and passive, and start actually enjoying the opportunity to use your shadow as shield against those who have weaponized theirs. Don't attack, just defend, undefeated. It's actually pretty simple. You're not a "good" as you think you are, like Jordan Peterson says.
Too agreeable people have no free will and set no boundaries.
When you get a job, you are alway a manager. You must manage your fellow coworkers. Always collect dirt on your fellow coworkers. But, use it only if necessary.
In my last workplace, 2 people tried to delete me. One tried to run me over with her car, she was the silent manipulator always taking notes but she finally snapped. And someone trying to off me by shooting at me because I spoke up against the abuses of the supervisor. Etc . Got transfered to another site at the same company. The first thing I see, first stepping foot in the office is the manager having a young woman standing across from him, then calling her to talk about me as soon as I turned my back to leave. First sign that the evil was still present. Then I tried to believe a lady wanted to be my friend at work, she proceeded to try and set me up on video chat using her own baby when I didnt look decent. She also gossiped all of my business with my bosses, maybe even had me on a secret 3-way phone call. Guess who she is cheating on her husband with? The manager. I dropped her and stopped taking hours every day from that supervisor she was spying on me with. I dont know what happened, but the supevisor looked like he was starving himself. 6 months later and I havent heard from the old fake friend, and the supervisor has a bunch of resentment, to the point he tried to force himself on a woman.
These videos are an important part of my life now. They came just at the right time. Jung's theories make so much sense to me in the new life I'm currently forming ❤❤
real talk, i used to believe women would just get me one day. that if i loved her enough, stayed loyal enough, showed her i was different, she would pick me. but they never did. she picked the man who owned himself, not the man who worshipped her. when i found the book Break Her Bed by Jake Black, i almost skipped it. sounded dumb. but page one slapped me awake. it is not about being good enough. it is about being unshakable. every guy reading this, if you are tired of being her emotional support pet, read the book. you will hate parts of it. that is how you know it is true.
Think borg collective, leadership that employees see via middle management isnt the real leaders. Hr is that leadership. Friendly when they manipulate you to quit, upset when they want you to stay.
A book not everyone will understand.
But if it clicks with you, you won’t be the same again. 🖤
