Oh hell yes. Btw Koi No Yokan means the feeling of the premonition of love to come. This is one of their best and is basically perfecting their modern sound

I love how much this guy loves royal. And he compares it to every song from them 😭😂

heres the timestamp since nobody is gonna make it.

Best part of this video is how at near the end of Rosemary he says “I could listen to this all day every day forever” AND THEN the 2 best parts of the song happen 😂. The 10 ton riffage followed by the beautiful acoustic sounding outro.  Absolutely incredible band.  Deftones foreverrrrrrrrr

Yesterday marked the 13th anniversary of the passing of Deftones’ late bassist, Chi Cheng. After a severe car accident on November 4th, 2008 in Santa Clara, California, Chi was in the passenger seat from which he was ejected from out of the car, had been put into a semi-comatose state for four and a half years. Chi Cheng sadly passed away on April 13th, 2013, after his heart abruptly stopped at 3 in the morning. After these events, the band then released the Koi No Yokan album, and many fans interpret the song “Entombed” to be an honoring of the great Chi Cheng. Rest in Peace. You will be missed.

Entombed my favourite song of all time

Can’t stop laughing at him getting nervous during the Rosemary buildup 😂

Bro should have favorited gauze😭🙏

saturday night wrist when

we NEED the adrenaline reaction🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I love your Deftones journey man. They are my all time fav band and its awesome seeing a young dude take the journey. Also, Royal is my favorite Deftones song so seeing you go back to the outro during this video was awesome. Keep it man.

"I Let It In And It Took Everything" by Loathe is the closest thing to a Deftones album not made by Deftones. one of my favorite albums ever. you gotta check it out man. just about every Deftones fan loves it as well.

Every album has had a couple transcendent songs surrounded by a whole lot of extreme rock.  Then this album was suddenly just 100% start to finish transcendence that rocked to the extreme.

If you wanna check out a band that took on the deftones sound, The most well known/popular is probably Loathe with their 2020 album "I let it in and it took everything". A lot heavier but also with the same amount of Deftones hooks

leathers is so fuckin good.

3 albums left for deftones man then you've listened to em all! Just 'Saturday Night Wrist', 'Ohms' and 'Gore'

Koi no Yokan is so good that I have 2 copies, one open and one sealed.
I just like to watch the thing mint standing there on my shelf.
Very proud of those guys.

your first "...stay with me" on Rosemary hits like CRACK 😂 Bro went on a monologue. 1:04:36

My man stayed hung up on the bridge/outro to Royal. Fucking same brother 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
