Feels like I hit the jackpot at the casino in my feed.

It''s funny that Terry has been buffed in every new version/release of dq6

Getting this random recommendation, really enjoying the video, and seeing that this channel only has 3 videos over three years was some crazy whiplash.
Really hope you continue to make more, as videos like these for Dragon Quest are sorely missing.

Would like to see a DQ V monster tier list since you recruit a fair amount of monster allies during a playthrough

I started on Dragon Warrior Monsters as a kid, where you play as a young Terry commanding monsters and Drango is a boss who joins you after defeating her. It was fun getting to team them up in the DS version again when I played that many years ago. Doesn’t hurt that Drango has great natural attack and can equip whips, shredding groups of enemies in one attack.

Goowain the slimeknight can carry you through out the game if you had to only pick one.

Great video man. You should one on the differences between the DS remake and the original. Lot of people think its a straight upgrade but stuff like this is a solid argument otherwise.

Uuuuggghh this videoreally makes me want to pick up the DS remaster again

"Superstar Mud Doll" is the first thing to have ever made me interested in Dragon Quest

You have got some real dedication to recruit all monsters of the SNES version!

Commenting because I want you to make more stuff like this. I finally took the plunge on DQ and I fell in love with it. 6 despite being considered one of the weakest ones looks like one I'll really like

Bro thanks for making this video, had a diarrhea attack out of nowhere and your voice was the only thing that made me not faint.

No one talks about Dragon Quest VI, I am so happy rn.

Only eight minutes into your video, but so far its perfect.  You haven't missed a single point yet.  The only thing I'd change is putting that its the SNES version in the title, for newer fans of the series.  I think only diehard DQ fans will know which version of the game you're talking about with just a glance alone.

And long form Dragon Quest content?  Yes, please, and more!  You've earned my sub.  Keep it up.  This is the kinda channel that deserves it.

Watched your Speedrun video years ago and this got recommended to me today because I’ve been on a DQ spree recently.  Gotta say, your content is top fuggin’ notch.  Would absolutely love to see more, whatever you come up with!  The detail and passion is appreciated and wonderful to see! 🐉

Dang, this is a cool video. There aren't enough videos on this game in English; people don't realize that this is one of THE great SNES RPGS, up there with (or above) Chrono Trigger and FF6.

I'd never played DQVI (or any DQ at all, really) before, but watching this video from my random recommendations just opened my eyes to a massive realization.

One of my favorite rpgs I've played in recent times has been MGQ Paradox, mainly because of its extensive monster recruit and job/race system to enable a wide variety of fun builds and customization.

I'd assumed the systems were probably pieced together from some other games, but never really bothered to look where exactly, and from watching this video, I can tell it's a near 1:1 copy of DQVI's base systems that then got extended further (more jobs, more job tiers, races on top of jobs, etc.)

Well, I've really got to check out DQVI properly now, cheers!

DQ6 is stunningly undervalued outside of Japan. Honestly thank you for the video

It's my party, I get to choose the movie

Finally, good content... I really wanna get around playing more DQ on DS, so this is very nice!
