21:22 We do know that the painting process caused the missed spots under the arms. It's very common knowledge among collectors. It's actually an authentication mark people look for when trying to figure out whats real and what's not. Its all chrome LEGO minifigs from that era... its just the way they sprayed the chrome on them.
