Before the Mansell case made headlines, there was another Bricks & Minifigs franchise owner with a story he's been carrying. This is The Last Relic's story.

He (The Last Relic) worked multiple jobs to support his new family and finally got a shot to buy a Bricks & Minifigs franchise from corporate. According to his account, that dream ended when corporate sent Brandon Best and Joshua Johnson to his store, and he says the situation resulted in them shutting the store down and filling a U-Haul with the inventory before leaving him holding a $500,000 lease debt.

Reckless Ben is the hero in this story. It's obvious Bricks and Minifigs has been scamming people for a long time. The entire McNeff family should be in prison for white collar crimes.

You can tell from the CEO’s behavior that this wasn’t just about Brian’s legos. They are covering up systemic bad behavior. They screw over their franchisees and seize merchandise as a business practice

The CEO even robbed his own father from Bricks and Mini. Just crooks. I'm starting to think they might be into drugs too with such dishonest practices. Then it seems to bleed into the police. It really looks bad.

Finding people like this guy is an excellent way to keep this story alive. Now that Ben can’t provide anything more, at least for now it’s important not to keep recycling the same footage over and over by those covering this on YouTube. If you do start with anything new.
