Looks like Mama Cuckoo's timing was off. Good for the real chicks, though.

Good thing these two hatched before the cuckoo chick.

6:01:24 Now the cuckoo finally has the whole nest to itself. A wonderful place to die slowly and alone.

Once birds start leaving the nest, the mom will not come back to the nest

The siblings knew it was an imposter

I thought the Cuckoo loved his siblings on his back.

I hate parasites. It's like they were conscious that it was not their real sibling. The real siblings seemed to learn to call for food alternatingly, I wonder if that was intentional.

Two chicks work together to bully a lone Cuckoo. Very smart

Mother knows it's cuckoo baby so she didn't give food

Nice job little bird
Rip cuckoo

The kucko birrd looks weak but he push the other birds .

Baby cuckoo hatched later than the others. Not able to push. Thats the risk sharing other birds nest.

The fly at the end knows whats up!! Hes just waiting now 😂😂

Cuckoo subdued.

The cuckoo seems weak, having been exposed to the rain while not fully grown.
It seems that it is unable to excrete properly due to the cold. I'm glad to see it shivering.

There Cuckoo your task of warming the nest is completed. Now await a crow to get ya!

I like how the other chicks are looking at the cuckoo, thinking, "What is with all the noise?"

Holy Jeez, that Cuckoo is having everyone mad with its constant chirping. the embodiment of being annoying. 😅
