4 hours, man. The right honorable mr Collings has outdone themselves this year

Mason’s rants — truly the gifts that keep on giving. 😅😅😅

Ambiguously Aussie Indiana Jones is my fav; "G'day, boys, do you got any spare pants around here?  Not important why, boys..."

The OG intro! 🎉

Oh god. I forgot so many of these. I still say "They're gonna look great in a bin" to a friend of mine because i laughed so hard it hurt hearing it. Jesus.

“G’day boys…” needs to make a comeback. That was hilarious.

So out of about 48 weeks with approximately 2-hour shows we can whittle it down to 4 hours of the good stuff.....That's about right.

Something to listen to on the commute to my new job, new me, same old parasocial Aussie mates getting me through the day

The visual of 20 year old Christopher Nolan getting home from film school so he can watch swatkats on tv and dedicating his whole career to one day make something as good as swatkats is incredible

The Rich Roll Saga was the funniest shit I heard all year.  Thanks for keeping us entertained and I wish you guys the best.

Sad news about Collings. At least he's got a spindle of 50 CDs now, though.

To everyone involved with the making of The Weekly Planet and Mr Sunday Movies. I just want to say a huge thank you for the work you've put out over the past year. 2024 saw someone very close to me pass away, and it has easily been the toughest year of my life.

I know it might sound daft, but listening to James and Maso on The Weekly Planet podcast and Caravan of Garbage has been so helpful to me. They have made me smile and given me something to look forward to. Tuning in to a new episode feels like meeting up with old mates. Maybe that's a bit sad, but it's true. I love the little skits, the light-hearted banter, and the overall positive outlook the shows have. Life can be a real shit show, but things like The Weekly Planet help remind me there's also plenty of good. You all absolutely deserve to take January off, and I hope you all had a great Christmas/Holiday season, and feel refreshed for the new year. I've never signed up for anything like this before, but I'm now a Big Sandwich member, and am slowly working my way through all the content there while I await your return.

Thanks again for everything, hope this isn't massively weird, just want you to know what great work you all do.

PS Would love to see you cover some Ray Harryhausen for CoG!

Its the most spookyist time of the year and im not just talking about the final season of The Rookie
